Challenge

Rebuild a thirty-year fabrication house as an enterprise-grade partner, not a commodity vendor, while turning a broad and technical service catalog into a clear path to a consultation. The catalog did not map one-to-one onto the portfolio, the brand system had to feel custom rather than templated, and the whole build had to ship to a live domain already running on another platform without losing SEO.

Approach

The site was built around one idea: everything is made in-house, from first call to final install. Services were organized as a hub with seven focused spokes, each following the same rhythm: overview, capabilities, real work in the field, and a clear next step. Where the base theme and Elementor fell short, the build dropped down to custom code: hand-written CSS grid systems, a data-driven portfolio component, and small JS controllers that bend the gallery plugin to the design instead of the other way around.

What was built

  • Hub-and-spoke service architecture, one hub and seven service pages01
  • Custom bento-grid capability sections, a distinct CSS grid map per service02
  • Data-driven project list: a custom collapsible component with per-project galleries, a full-screen lightbox, and keyboard and swipe navigation03
  • Filterable brand portfolio with tab logic scripted on top of the gallery plugin04
  • Clickable capability cards mapped to the matching portfolio category per page05
  • Animated brand system: gradient bars, material tickers, home intro animation, and back-to-top06
  • Reusable global style system driving the whole site07

Engineering & launch

  • Staged on a subdirectory, then migrated to the production root over a live legacy site01
  • Full URL search-replace so links, media, and Elementor data survived the move intact02
  • 301 redirect map from legacy URLs to the new structure to preserve existing SEO03
  • Custom 404, permalink, and cache handling verified post-launch04

Outcome

A high-trust site that organizes a complex production catalog and turns brand interest into consultation requests, unified under one in-house identity and launched to production with its search equity preserved.
